How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@mavon-fashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back to our warehouse in China.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
